The Cellars of Cureghem is not just for dining, but also meeting. We have an outstanding conference room for up to 250 delegates. No worries about parking and we're easily accessible by public transport, with Brussels South Station next door.

The room is fully equipped with:

       - automatic 350 x 300cm screen

        - 2500 lumen beamer

       - 8 BOSE loudspeakers, amplifier, CD player, fixed & cordless mircrophones

       - ADSL high speed connection

       - speaker's podium (150 x 150cm) with speaker's desk

       - 250 luxury chairs

The rental fee is 1,250€ per day. This price includes also cleaning, heating & lighting. It is valid for daytime meetings only (until 18.00), Monday to Thursday.

The parking is not available and the charge is up to 3.00€/car for the whole day (until 6 p.m.).

For catering, the historic vaulted cellars may be used at no extra charge. Therefore we deal with our in-house caterer Les Frères Debekker. Ask them for a cateringproposal based on the number of guests and on the type of catering that would be required during the meeting.
